Skinny Nachos
Dakota Blue is always a hit! Great food, great drink selection (mezcal margarita and beer at more than reasonable prices - can't go wrong), and a great neighborhood atmosphere. My pup loves the dog friendly setting out on their front patio, as well as, their delicious fries.
Dirty South
The Dirty South Burger! Roasted poblanos, pimento cheese, and chili topped this delicious burger. A wonderful taste combo, served by a friendly staff in a fun, neighborhood environment.
Black Bean Cuban
The black bean Cuban was excellent. Honestly everything Dakota Blue does with black beans like this is very good, even if you are a meat lover. The black bean burger is a must try!

This is really one of best burgers around. Dress it up or keep it plain. Good size and tasty every time!
Chicken Fingers
Everything on the menu is good, seriously! Every time I go, I'm trying something new but I always come back to the classic chicken tenders. Be sure to try the habanero sauce!
Grand Marnier French Toast
There is no better brunch spot for this brunch fan. We moved to Raleigh from 2017-2021 and I would recommend to Dakota Blue as a MUST in their culinary tour of the city. When we would visit I always included a stop in for breakfast hash and Grand Marnier French Toast. We've since moved back (not just for Dakota Blue) and no longer have to go months between visits. The restaurants eclectic vibe perfectly captures the artistic individuality of Atlanta, portions are generous, the menu covers dietary preferences of both carnivores and vegetarians and the prices are a throw back to when dining out didn't involve a second mortgage. You can find something for everyone and everyone leaves feeling satisfied and having ticked the box of a delightful indulgence.
